Healthy Snacks!
Some healthy snacks to try:
1) Apple slices dipped in peanutbutter
2) Strawberries dipped in whipped cream or chocolate pudding cup.
3) Mixed veggies with ranch dip
4) Triscuit crackers topped with ham and cheese
5) Teddy Grahms dipped in pudding cup
6) Honey-Nut Cheerios (in a ziplock)
7) Mixed fruit with cream cheese spread
8) Cucumbers with ham and cheese (cucumber instead of cracker)
MMMMmmm…Pork Chop Samwitches?

Pork Chop Stuffing Bake
OK, so maybe I didn’t make pork chop “samwitches” OR sandwiches for that matter…I did make Pork Chop Stuffing Bake! It turned out really good, I only used 2 pork chops and I didn’t have any thyme, so I could imagine it might be even better if I had. A few weeks ago I made Easy Pleasing Meatloaf and Broccoli Cheese Casserole.

The Broccoli Casserole was excellent and I ended up remaking it for Easter lunch. To say the least, I came home with a clean dish!
I love to cook, I just don’t do it very often when it’s just me. ALOT of food goes bad when your not too crazy about leftovers (I think its a texture thing).
Another recipe that has actually become my new favorite thing is Easy Turkey Tortilla Roll Ups. I have gone so far as to try different ingredients with the same basic recipe. Sometimes I pair it with soup, but really they are good all on their own.
